ACOUS NAVI for Vibration Diagnostic Devices diagnoses bearing damage (flaws, flaking) at an early stage with wireless vibration measurements and machine vibration analysis, and easy-to-use condition monitoring (CM) and visualization features. Connect your smartphone or tablet to NSK's diagnostic device wirelessly (via Bluetooth®) to measure basic vibration values (OA) for machinery and equipment. We offer three evaluation modes to suit your needs: frequency analysis (FFT), time waveform analysis (WAVE), and bearing precision diagnosis.

The app includes ACOUS NAVI for Bearings: NSK’s specialized condition monitoring and bearing diagnosis software built on years of technology and expertise. In bearing precision diagnosis mode, ACOUS NAVI automatically detects if flaking or flaws are present, allowing for optimized predictive maintenance and replacement.

OA Mode:
Measure and see basic vibration parameters (acceleration, velocity, displacement). Allows for evaluations of vibration severity based on ISO 10816-3 or custom standards.

FFT Mode:
Visualize signals for vibration acceleration as a spectrum frequency-axis waveform.

WAVE Mode:
Visualize signals for vibration acceleration as a time-axis waveform.

Precision Bearing Diagnosis (ACOUS NAVI for Bearings)
Automatically diagnose flaws and flaking in bearings inside equipment based on the pulse generation frequency and actual rotation speed of the bearing.

Lookup values by simply entering the bearing designation, thanks to an extensive built-in database of pulse generation frequencies for over 5000 NSK rolling bearings.

ACOUS NAVI automatically performs complex processing including noise removal and frequency matching and offers three customizable bearing assessment thresholds.
